 Jérôme est un pianiste issu du Mans qui commence la musique en cours particuliers. C'est Christine Oble  qui le poussera jusqu'à l'âge de 16 ans à entrer au conservatoire du Mans.  Emporte son D.E.M. et poursuit sa formation au C.R.R. de paris en cycle de perfectionnement.  Jérôme enseigne le piano depuis 2013  à Oulins 'Eure et Loire " Actuellement  sur Lyon. voilà voilà , parle bien français ! doit être très sympa.. très drôle.

Jérôme Kus was born in Le Mans and started studying music with private lessons. Christine Oble encouraged him when he was 16 to enter the Conservatoire de Mans where he was admitted in Marie-José Coussolle's class. At the age of 19, Jérôme Kus obtained his DEM and continues his training with Brigitte Bouthinon-Dumas at the CRR de Paris in Cycle de Perfectionnement. Concurrently, he studied accompanimentwith Bruno Puren at the CRD of Le Mans and held the position of pianist-accompanist at the Orphée Chorus, conducted by Nelly Heuzé.

​In 2010, Jérôme Kus entered the CNSMD in Lyon in Hervé N'Kaoua's and Thierry Rosbach's class. At this time, Jérôme Kus participated in national competitions, such as Piano à Mayenne, prix des Lycéens in 2013, or Brest Competition, 3rd Prize Ex-Aequo 2012. Jérôme Kus appeared in recital in Le Mans and created the Concerto Breve for piano and chamber orchestra by composer Jean-Louis Houlez. Jérôme Kus has been teaching the piano since 2013 in Oullins.

His master's thesis led him to examine Schumann's life and his first period, dedicated to the piano. Jérôme Kus is intrigued and in awe of Schumann's character and life, particularly his Lieder, his chamber music, but also lesser known works.
